Where Do You Start?

If you want to speak for profit you need to attain Speechmastery. No fee speaking is a great way to get practice in front of a live audience.

It also allows you to follow your career track and do the other things required to develop your own public speaking business.

Ultimately it can lead to networking and contacts that could turn into public speaking for profit.

The first and most obvious places to go are listed by most sites. We have included those and additional places to go for no fee speaking.

What You Need

When booking with any of the following remember to take your business cards and your smile. This is your chance not only to network, it is your chance to start marketing for paid bookings. Many people here will also have the power to hire you for their place of employment.

  • Toastmasters

  • Rotary International

  • Your local Chamber of Commerce

  • National Speakers Association

  • Elks

  • Lions

  • Moose

  • Non profit organizations

  • Associations

  • Local Colleges
      This will require some being in the right place at the right time. Colleges often host conferences. It is likely that speakers have to cancel Call the program director, put your name as a stand-by to fill in for a cancellation.Your speech needs to fit their needs and to be able to fill in on short notice.
