You can start the process of building your public speaking business but you will need to study and learn all you can about your market and what’s happening there in. You may have a great idea but if nobody wants it, it will be of no value.

Remember the Door Opener?Do you remember the old door openers at the supermarket? They made the door open when you stood on them? The man who invented them on applying for a patent found there was already a patent on the books for the same device. Only thing, it was from around 1908 and it was designed as a burglar alarm. The original inventor never made any money because there were not that many burglaries in those years. So it was an idea that was 40 years ahead of it’s time.
Now it is obsolete as there are electronic motion sensor door openers.
Find Your Niche
So start finding out what people want and find a niche to fill by going to the web. It is also the best place to start creating multiple streams of income related to what ever business you want to build. This home work is the foundation of your public speaking business.

You may be thinking, "I barely know how to turn my computer on."Ok this is not for you. But if you know the basics of how to use a computer you can do it. You can create a web site. I know because I did. This is my first web site built with out any schooling or specialized training other than what I got right here from my web host.

First Get an Education
Before you go there first consider getting an education on "How the Web Is Won." The book Make Your Site Sell will give you an education on how the web works and how you can build a site that gets traffic. I know this from experience as it is the foundation for this site.
More importantly, my traffic has increased weekly since my first page went up. My public speaking business site (My multiple streams of income) went from a ranking in the 5 million range to 700,000 range in three months. You can do this too.
Let me be the first to say it didn't happen with out a lot of hard work. But every step of the way was exciting.
