Memory is essential to a professional public speaker. The connection between memory and diet is powerful. Managing the food you eat will produce the greatest benefit with the least effort.

What Does This Have to do With Me?

I am a holistic nurse and have consulted to doctors and or have provided nursing treatments for thousands of my neighbors, some around the world. Treatment for Alzheimer's Dementia (and the often misdiagnosed manganese poisoning) along with several other kinds of dementia. In my career as a nurse, I have seen numerous patients be able to improve their cognition using simple natural techniques.

One patient in particular who was bed bound with Parkinson's was once again able to walk and carry on a conversation.
