The Memory and Diet Guide

Memory is essential to a professional public speaker. The effect on your memory by your diet could prove to be a powerful resource. Managing the food you eat and the foods you avoid will produce the greatest benefit with the least effort.

Who Am I to Talk About Memory and Diet?

I am a holistic nurse and have been a consultant to doctors and or have provided health care education for tens of thousands of my neighbors, some around the world. I have helped to improve lives with dietary education for dementia including Alzheimer's Dementia (and the often misdiagnosed manganese poisoning /manganese neurotoxicity) along with Parkinson's, Lyme related memory issues and others. In my career as a nurse, I have helped thousands, including my own family, to be able to improve their mental abilities using simple natural dietary considerations and occasionally supplements.

One patient in particular who was bed bound with Parkinson's was once again able to walk and carry on a conversation with simple dietary changes.

Sometimes improving memory has more to do with mental processes than with diet. Looking at public speaking holistically, it is possible improve not only our speaking, also our memory.

Please be warned. This is not a get a rich memory quick scheme. This could take a month or even months to notice the full benefits.

At least it did for me. Bottom line, it works.
