Memory is essential to a professional public speaker. The effect on your memory by your diet could prove to be a powerful resource. Managing the food you eat and the foods you avoid will produce the greatest benefit with the least effort.
Who Am I to Talk About Memory and Diet?
I am a holistic nurse and have been a consultant to doctors and or have provided health care education for tens of thousands of my neighbors, some around the world. I have helped to improve lives with dietary education for dementia including Alzheimer's Dementia (and the often misdiagnosed manganese poisoning /manganese neurotoxicity) along with Parkinson's, Lyme related memory issues and others.
